Refund policy

We truly appreciate you choosing H&H and hope you love your new home essentials — from bedding to towels and protectors. Ordering home goods online can be a little hit-or-miss, so if something isn’t right, here’s how to return it quickly and smoothly:

  1. When & How to Return
    Window: Ship your return within 3 days of delivery (we’ll use the carrier’s tracking date).
    Initiate Online: Log into your account at https://account.hugandhome.com/order, find your order, and click “Return.” You’ll be able to print your return invoice and shipping label right from the site.

Please note: We don’t offer exchanges. Return the item and place a new order for the size/style you prefer.

  1. Keep Them Like New
    Items must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with all tags and the original packaging included.
    Pro Tip: Unpack and inspect on a clean surface — don’t sleep on them or wash them — so you can still return if they’re not right.

  2. Return Shipping
    To keep prices fair, customers cover the return-shipping cost. Once you’ve printed your label, package the item securely and drop it with your chosen carrier.

  4. Refunds & Exchanges

    • As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit to your PELLI account. Please note: we do not issue refunds to the original payment method — returns are eligible for store credit only.

    • Expect your refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


    6. SALE RETURN POLICY!
    Sale items discounted up to 50% can now be returned for store credit.

    • Same return rules as regular items
    • Discounts over 50% = final sale
